Cancellations | Refunds | Rescheduling

Please cancel sessions 24 hours prior to the session start time to avoid being charged for the full session.  There are no refunds.  Sessions expire 3 months after the date of purchase. Sessions can be rescheduled within the same day or week as long as there is an available time slot. If a time slot is not available, it will count as a late cancellation (see above).
